    WPMU DEV is a known and established brand in the WordPress community. They have some amazing and popular WordPress plugins that really matter to the community and empower thousands of businesses.

    As a "Support Engineer", my responsibility was to serve users through live chat, forum and e-mail. It was the most exciting journey so far in my career. Troubleshooting plugins and themes issues, configuring Hosting, testing products, and convincing the users.

    Learned a lot, explored a lot and completed over 14k live-chats in my 4 years journey. The most beautiful part was that I was part of a superb diverse team working from different countries and cultures. Great mentors, all the talented and amazing colleagues and so much fun in the Slack group. Never felt it was a remote job.
